Important Bidding Information:

• MEMO from the Regional Board

 

We wanted to send out a reminder of the bid timeline for No Frills 2016. Policy review is mandatory and begins in less than a month. Any award and host site bids not submitted for policy review cannot be considered at conference.

 

Intent is required of all host site and regional positions. Even if you or your school have already expressed intent to a board member, please still fill out the form for your respective bid to streamline the process. 

If you submitted a positional bid, you should have recieved an email regarding a Zoom chat for preparing your presentation. If you have not recieved this email, please contact sw_director@nacurh.org for more information. 

 

 

Below is the timeline for bids and legislation:

• January 22 at 11:59 pm: Host Site and RBD Intent

• January 31 at 11:59 pm: Award and Host Site Bids due for mandatory policy review

• February 6: Bids returned to schools

• February 8 at 11:59 pm: Final Award, Host Site, and Positional Bids due

• February 10: All bids sent out to region  

• February 14 at 5 pm: Legislation due
